 Can I cancel my order?

As soon as order is placed, it's being processed by our team. Once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. Please double check all info before confirmation of the order. 

 What is your return/exchange policy?

 

You can exchange or return any item you purchased at Top Picks in 10 days period including but item itself and boxes/tags should be in perfect condition to qualify for exchange or return. In case of returns, we do refund. Please note, Loro Piana loafers do not qualify for an exchange or return.

Please send us email support@toppicks.ae or text us on WhatsApp in case you want to exchange or return stock so we can send the driver to pick up the item. It takes 3-5 days to work on your exchange or return. You will get email with confirmation in case your exchange or return has been processed.
